SHE-Q organisation

On a daily basis, over thirty dedicated SHE-Q professionals spread throughout SMIT’s global network of offices and project locations are responsible for managing SMIT’s SHE-Q performance. Our team is functionally positioned to cover all operations and operational aspects.

While the overall standard of SHE-Q governance is guided through Corporate requirements, i.e. Corporate SHE-Q Manual, SMIT’s geographical reach and variety of services necessitates a flexible approach to management. Different divisions, companies and/or departments within SMIT are therefore responsible for maintaining and implementing their own SHE-Q management systems. The SMIT SHE-Q organizational group is nevertheless united through formal reporting lines and informed networking.
